හිතවතී ව්‍යාපෘතියේ සෘජු දුරතකන සම්බන්ධතා අංකය මගින් සම්බන්ධ වන පුද්ගලයන්ට විශේෂයෙන් කරදරයක් හෝ අපහසුතාවයකට පත්වූ කාන්තාවන්ට තම ගැටළු විවෘතව හා අපහසුවට පත්වීමකින් තොරව කතා කළ හැකිවන පරිදි කාන්තා නිලධාරී මහත්මීන් විසින් පිළිතුරු සැපයීම කරනු ලබයි. ‍

ශ්‍රී ලංකා පරිගණක හදිසි ප්‍රතිචාර සංසදය (SLCERT), ටෙක් සර්ට් (TechCERT), ශ්‍රී ලංකා පොලීසිය වැනි ජාතික මට්ටමේ ආයතනවල සහාය මෙන්ම ශිෂ්‍ය උපදේශකවරුන්, විවිධ සංවිධානවලට අනුබද්ධ නීති උපදේශකයින්, ISOC-LK සහ LKDR යන ආයතන වල සාමාජිකයින්ගේ ද සහය හිතවතී ව්‍යාපෘතියට ලබා ගැනීමට හැකියාව ලැබී ඇත. ඒමෙන්ම මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය සඳහා සම්පත් දායකයන් ස්වේච්ඡාවෙන් සහයෝගය ලබා දේ.

වර්තමානයේ හිතවතී ව්‍යාපෘතිය ක්‍රියාත්මක වන්නේ ලක් වසම් ලේඛකාධිකාරියේ අරමුදලිනි.

ආරම්භය

හිතවතී ව්‍යාපෘතිය – “ඔබේ ලබැඳි මිතුරිය” ලෙස හඳුන්වාදෙමින් මුලින්ම ඉදිරිපත් වන්නේ 2014 වසරේ ජනවාරි මාසයේ සිටයි. හිතවති ව්‍යාපෘතියේ මූලික අරමුණක් වන්නේ තාක්ෂණය, විශේෂයෙන් තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණය හා අන්තර්ජාලය ආශ්‍රිත ක්‍රියාකාරකම් හේතුවෙන් අපහසුතාවට පත්වූ හෝ හිංසන හෝ කරදර වලට ගොදුරු වූවන් සඳහා උපකාරක සේවාවන් ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමයි. මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය ආරම්භ කරනු ලැබුවේ අන්තර්ජාල සංගමයේ ශ්‍රී ලංකා පරිච්ඡේදය (ISOC-LK) සහ ලක් වසම් ලේඛකාධිකාරීය (LK Domain Registry) යන ආයතනවල සාමාජික සාමාජිකාවන් විසිනි. මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතියේ ක්‍රියාකාරී සාමාජිකාවක් වූ, එමෙන්ම ISOC-LK හි හිටපු සභාපතිවරියක වූ සාගරිකා වික්‍රමසේකර මෙනවිය විසින් මෙම ව්‍යෘපෘතිය සඳහා ස්වේච්ජාවෙන් විශාල දායකත්වයක් ලබා දුන් අතර ඇයගේ මග පෙන්වීම යටතේ එක්දින වැඩමුළු කිහිපයක් මෙන්ම දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහන් රාශියක්ද පවත්වන ලදී. මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය ආරම්භ කරන ලද්දේ “හිතවතී” නමින් සකසන ලද බ්ලොග් අඩවියකින් වන අතර (www.hithawati.blogspot.com), පසුව එය ඍජු දුරකතන අංකයක් සහිත වෙබ් අඩවියක් දක්වා ව්‍යාප්ත විය.
